Prologue
The sun beat down on the pavement with the after glow of the morning. School. It was usually such a horrid place for me. The teasing, the cruelty. Sure I was usually a social person but some might find me to be a bit over excited. But not Elise. She had always been my friend, my amigo. She was actually quite the opposite of me. She usually preferred to be more to herself or select few people. She was also kind of quiet. We'd both been accepted to this prestigious school for academically gifted teens. We were both there for our prestiges in english. It was strange standing there in the hallway schedule in hand not sure where to go. “P-Paige?” Elise stuttered a bit. We didnt have any classes together except for house, which was only on Fridays. “Ill see you later?” I told her giving her a pat on the shoulder. I watched her dive into her classroom and take a seat farther away from everyone else. I smiled as a boy with longish black hair took the seat beside her. I pushed my white hair from my face as I made my way down the hall to the second to last classroom on the right.

Very good. (:

But, prequel? Isn't that supposed to mean a story before the first book, relating to big event sthat happen in said first book? Unless you're making a series of very short short stories. (:
