Brock watched the woman run off in disgust, anguish filling his soul.

"Brock, come here," she told him and sighed, knowing the poor woman was only trying to help.

alice sighed nodded at the two and went to head off when she was out of sight she sped up to find max knowing that she held the secret to the cure of the virus

Brock looked toward the girl that ran off and sighed. He looked to Kat and sighed. He said "I'll be right back," and walked away toward where the girls were. He sniffed as he followed the sent of where they were.

Kat nodded and looked away, toward the sky as she started to find the stars and put them together like a puzzle.

alice grabbed the girls arm and pulled a pen and pad out from her bag "look i know you hold the cure to the virus and i need help to get it to save everyone that has it and to make sure that it doesn't spread to others."she wrote quickly"will you help me?"
max smiled hugely and nodded alice smirked as if to say good girl.

Brock could smell the large wiff of pen and almost coughed, but kept quiet. He looked to what the pad said. He couldn't beleive it. There was a cure?? Where??

max sighed"you just have to trust me." She told her Alice nodded grimly "okay but you pull anything and i will end you" she promised on the pad max nodded"Wouldn't dream of it"she said calmly she couldn't believe it s true nonmortal needed her help

Brock slowly walked out of the bushed and trees. He saw that the woman looked slightly scared of him and he bowed his head. "Ma'am, I am sorry for ealier," he told her. He didn't know any mortals were actually kind enough to help the nonmortals anymore.. He never expected.

i-it's fine i shouldn't have snuck up on you."she said calmly trusting that if alice were as good as she seemed she would protect her. Alice wtatched quietly

Brock looked away from the human. "Sorry, I really am. I just-" he looked to the sky, "I just don't trust humans. If you can bear with me in this thought, I live with them and I cannot stand it. Do you ever have that feeling as well Ma'am?"
