Sam could hear Cris shifting around in the other room and figured the guy had had enough of watch. He himself was rested enough anyways. So he got up and walked over to Cris, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, dude. Why don't you get some rest?"

Cris yawned, "naw its my turn tonight, i'm ok. I got this!" but stood up anyway and walked over to the couch, where he fell on his face.

Sam chuckled and grabbed his favorite gun from the wall, and took his place in the watching chair. He could hear Cris already softly snoring away quietly, and then Diana's snoring drowning out everything else in the bunker. That girl could sleep like the dead. Pun intended.

Cris found himself in a very strange dream, he was in the desert and was chasing after a girl with long red hair.

Diana was dreaming of food, because Diana likes food very much. Wink

Sam got out of his chair after his watch and decided to wake everyone up quite creatively this morning. He dug around, hoping to find some expired goo. He hit the jackpot. He found two cans of silly string. He wondered who the hell was going to use this bunker and why they needed silly string. Oh well. He went over and crouched next to the bed where Diana was sleeping and gently shook her. "Diana... hey." And sprayed her with the silly string.

Diana shreaked and nearly got a mouth full of it, she jumped out of bed lightning fast and punched Sam's arm. "I hate you in the morning." she said pulling clumps of it from her hair, "where did you get that anyway!?"

Cris snorted and rolled over, heavy sleeper that he was.

Sam laughed and sat on the bed next to Diana. He helped her pick the silly string from her hair. "I have no idea who lived here before us, but they were strange enough to pack silly string. Hey... wanna wake up Cris with me?" He grinned and held out the second can to her.

Diana smiled back, how could you stay angry at a man who'd offered you silly string? She took the brightly colored can and moved quietly to the couch then waved a hand at Sam to follow her. "On the count of three." she whispered. "One..."

Sam held in his laughter and got his can ready. But he couldn't wait. "Two, three! Go," he yelled, and went crazy woth his silly string. He sprayed Cris in crazy zigzag patterns like a spider was wrapping Cris up. It was so hilarious.

Diana laughed out loud while decorating Cris's forhead, how was he not awake yet? She feared Cris would end up hurt if he couldn't train himself to sleep lighter. In this world it could very well be zombies with silly string next time. "GET UP!!!" Diana commanded, slapping his face rather hard with the back of her hand.

Cris squinted up at her. "I hate you in the morning." he grumbled then lifted a dry knot of string off his neck. "What is this...?" He asked groggily.

Sam laughed. "It's silly string. Whoever lived here was insane, I think. I-" But he never finished his sentence. Just then, the trapdoor to the bunker opened and someone or something dropped down inside and landed smoothly on their feet. Sam dropped into a crouch and aimed his gun as the person closed the door and turned around.

Cris ran for the folding table across the room and also grabbed a gun; though he was unfamiliar with the particular model he took aim as well.

Diana pointed her silly string at the intruder.
