Ic: Scarlet raised an eyebrow at both of them. "What kind of stuff?" she asked suspisciously. Falcon beamed. "You have to come see the Capitol! The building touch the clouds, and some go higher! The people are-are..." he trailed off. Scarlet rolled her eyes. "What? Their skin is inside out? They all carry fruit on their back? All of them are wearing plaid? What?" Falcon nodded. "Well I'm sure some freak show out there has inside out skin.". Scarlet stood up almost instantly. "Show me.". Garret lead the to the large window in the dinning hall. And Falcon had been right. They were freak shows. She laughed, sounding a bit insane. "This is where all the money goes?" She frowned. " So rich dorks can become taller than is naturally possible? Or someone can get a hair color that isn't even conceivable?" she hissed. "No wonder they want us dead."
Scorch nodded. "Ok," he muttered lamely. Alice stood up. "We'll be in the Capitol soon. You'll want to take a good look at what one of people live there because ir you win you might as well move here.". She smirked, showing a set of long fangs that Scorch had never noticed. He jumped back. "What the…!". Alice shrugged. "Get used to it. You'll see much more freaked stuff than this whee we're going.". She stood up and left the room with Scorch on her heels.

Rowan and Eller were escorted off the train and hurried to the limos, which took them to the training center. There, they were separated and brought to different rooms, where their prep teams got them ready for the opening ceremonies. Each district's tributes was dressed to represent what their district was known for. As the coal mining district, there were too many occasions where Rowan's district tributes were stark naked and covered in coal dust.

Ic: Scarlet left the train hurriedly, trying to get past the cameras. Falcon was behind her pushing away his escorts. The cars were nice, but it didn't really matter. Why waste such lavish things on marked souls?
