Yuri quickly got ready had put her normal clothes over her swimming suit and then walked out brushing her short hair out of her face and noticing that Pixie and Shadow were following close behind her, everyone once and a while tackling each other and nippling at each others ears playfully.

Brock smiled. "Everyone ready?" he asked. Once they nodded he grabbed a bad, put some sunscreen in there, and some towels, then followed Yuri and Kat out the door.

Kat kne this place perfectly, so she lead them to the lake.

Yuri looked up towards Kat who was in the lead, followed by Pixie and Shadow with them trying to get onto Kat's back and then there was Yuri and Brock. Yuri had her hands behind her back and her head bowed nervously.

Brock looked over to Yuri. "What's wrong?" he asked her. Was he wrong to have kissed her? Did she not want to be kissed? Did she feel like she was being used again? His mind panic slightly as he thought that he had messed eveyrthing up. Maybe he shouldn't have done that. What if she didn't like him at all? What was going on??

Kat looked back to see Brock freaking out slightly. She sighed. Neither of them were ever going to get it, even if the other flat out said they liked each other. She shook her head and turned back to where they were headed.

Yuri looked up at him and shook her head, "Nothing..." She put on a small smile and then looked towards Pixie and shadow that were playing in front right next to Kat. She was blushing and she was glancing over at brock noticing that he was troubled, "What about you? Are you alright?"

"Nothing nothing," he lied and looked to the river. "Look. we are almost there," he said, changing the sibject quickly. Kat looked back, rolled her eyes again and started for the river.

Yuri noticed it and suddenly started running towards the it with her two little kittens. She stopped right at the edge and looked down noticing some people, even some slaves with the people. Was she the only one that really didn't do anything?

Brock chuckled. "Go for it!" he hollered at the two. He slowly walked up behind them and set down all of the towels and sunscreen and bags they had.

Kat giggled and jumped into the river, staying underwater for a little while before coming back up.

Yuri saw Kat jump in and then she smiled glancing back towards Brock then down towards her kittens then she jumped in. She went underwater and opened her eyes. She smiled underwater and then surfaced. She looked over towards Kat and started to rub the water out of her eyes.

Brock chuckled at the two. "Having fun?" he asked as he slipped off his shoes. He then faced toward the river and took off his shirt, throwing it behind him before looking over the the two in the water.

Kat giggled. "Always!" she exclaimed.

Yuri closed her eyes and smiled up towards Brock. She giggled and then opened her eyes and when she saw brock without his shirt she blushed and said, "Its a-awesome... I-I l-love the water.." She then looked over towards Kat and smiled.

Brock chuckled when he saw Yuri's blush. "Glad you two are having a good time," he said as he walked over to the river slowly. He wasn't much of a water person, she he simply sat down at the water's edge and put his feet in the water gently.

Kat giggled and went under water to swim around some.

Yuri lost Kat and then noticed that one of her kittens had jumped onto Brock's lap. She sighed lightly and then swam over towards him and noticed that Pixie and Shadow were both cuddled up against him and purring. Yuri's ears twitched and then she looked up at Brock her tail rising from the water a bit and splashing it lightly.

Brock smiled at the kittens on his lap, then looked up to notice Yuri looking at him. "Yes?" he asked as he smiled still. He was glad to see Yuri and Kat both having such a good time.

Kat continued to swim down stream as she smiled and giggled.

Yuri smiled softly and blushed looking away from Brock. She was a bit jealous that her kittens were being rubbed and cuddled with, "You should join us in the water. Its really nice." She then looked to brock again and smiled softly

Brock shook his head gently. "I don't like water," he said, which was pretty ironic to him. You would think the two cats he had with him, Yuri and Kat, would hate the water more than he did, but it didn't seem to be that way. He smiled to Yuri, "Just have fun."

She stuck out her lip, "Aw well thats okay." She then smiled and rested backwards, "Why do you hate water Brock?" She suddenly asked as she stared up towards the blue sky. She heard her cats purring and then she sat up and glanced over towards her kittens then stared into brocks eyes.

Brock looked to the sky. "I just don't like the way it feels. I feel like I have no control, that anything could happen at any moment, that I am not safe. It feels like danger is surrounding me and I don't like that," he said simply.

Kat looked over to hear the small story.

Yuri stared at him and then grabbed his hand, "Well let me protect you. I won't let the water harm you at all. Trust me." She squeezed his hand and gave him a small smile hoping that he would except her invite.

Brock looked to the water. "I don't know...." he said as he continued to look to the water. He hated water almost as much as he hated the non-humans, which he seemed to get along with a few, obviously. He sighed. "Maybe... I donno."

"Come on." She smiled, "You'll have fun and trust me I won't let the water get you." Yuri was being totally serious. If brock didn't like water she was going to do everything in her power to send that fear away. Her tail flicked a little as she stared at Brock waiting for him to do something

Brock slowly started to lower himself in. When the water hit his hips he started to freak out. "It's closing in on me Yuri," he said in pure seriousness. He knew it was a silly and stupid fear, but he hated the feeling..

Yuri wrapped her arms around him and then rested her head on his chest. She wrapped her tail around his waist and then started to listen to his rapid heartbeat. She took a deep breath and said, "Calm..." She knew one of her powers of being a nonhuman was that she had the ability to take fear away or anyones emotions.

Brock's heart continued to beat at a rapid pace, but his mind slowly let all of the fear out. "Yuri..." he whispered as he closed his eyes and tried to calm his heartbeats. He hated the feeling of fear, and now that it was leaving him, he felt slightly in more control, though he knew that wasn't the case.

Yuri stared at Brock brushing some of his goregous locks out of his face. She felt her cheeks get warm as she stared at his closed eyes. She then moved her hand quickly away from him and smiled, "Well, hows the water feeling?"
